Terms of Service

GoThumbnails ("we", "us") is an AI creative studio for YouTube creators: it researches thumbnail patterns, generates thumbnails and titles, and helps you assemble a content package.

You need an account to use the studio. You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
• One person or organisation per account; do not share logins across teams without our agreement.
• You may delete your account at any time from the studio settings.

Generations are paid for with credits. Each feature has a published credit cost, credits are deducted when a job starts, and are automatically refunded to your balance if the job fails.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Plan credits are granted for the billing period they belong to and do not roll over indefinitely.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period continues to the end of its term. See the Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of what you upload — reference images, face photos, brand assets and prompts. You grant us the limited licence needed to store that content and process it to deliver the features you request, including sending it to our AI model providers.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from any person whose face or likeness appears in it.

Subject to your plan being in good standing, you may use the thumbnails, titles, scripts and reports you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercially.

• AI output is generated statistically and may be inaccurate, generic, or similar to other users' output.
• We do not claim that output is unique, and we cannot guarantee it is free of third-party rights.
• Creative Scores and research insights are creative guidance only — they are not predicted click-through rates or performance guarantees.
• Review output before publishing it, especially any text, claim, logo or likeness it contains.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal content, no sexual content involving minors, no harassment, no impersonation or deceptive use of another person's likeness, no infringing uploads, and no attempts to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

We improve the studio continuously and may add, change or remove features. We may also change the AI models behind a feature. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service, and maintenance or provider outages can interrupt generations.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that using GoThumbnails will increase your views, subscribers or revenue.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the credit system, or creates legal risk for us or other users. Where the breach is minor we will normally contact you first. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms as the product and law evolve. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
