This page explains how copyright owners can report infringing content on GoThumbnails and how users can respond to a takedown notice.
1. Reporting infringing content
If you believe material hosted on GoThumbnails infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing the information listed below.
2. Takedown notice requirements
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a URL or project ID).
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Designated agent
Send takedown notices to legal@gothumbnails.com. Please include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge receipt within two business days and to investigate and act on valid notices promptly.
4. Counter-notice process
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. A valid counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. We will forward a copy to the complaining party and may restore the material after the statutory notice period unless legal action is filed.
5. Repeat infringers
GoThumbnails reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
6. Disclaimer
This process is provided for copyright complaints only. If you have a different dispute, please contact support@gothumbnails.com.
7. Changes to this page
We may update this policy. The latest version is always available at /legal/dmca.
