How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We offer full refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. Contact support to request a refund.

How do credits work?

Each thumbnail generation uses 1 credit. Credits refill monthly with your subscription and don't carry over between billing periods.

What file formats are supported?

Generated thumbnails are provided in high-quality PNG and JPG formats, optimized for YouTube and other platforms.
